We have two unlikely people running for President of the United States on November 8, 2016! Do we vote for one of the “also running”  people in our Voters Pamphlet? The problem is that we are throwing our vote away. They might be good people but they won’t win.

Trump has never run for anything and he seems to be a women abuser but the women stories have been found to be untrue. They are stories stirred up by Hilarys camp, so we can forget about that. He often speaks before he thinks, although lately he hasn’t been doing that quite as much. He is a rich man and some have said that isn’t right because he won’t  care about the middle or poor class of people.

Hilary, on the other hand, has been seen as a woman who speaks lies about many things. she really has been seen as the woman responsible for the four people killed including the ambassador of that country. She says one thing and does another. Those E-Mails are causing her a lot of trouble and she seems to be sick. She’s had episodes of falling down and had coughing spells in front of the camera. It is true that she has been in the service of our country for many years.

I think the best thing we can do is pray. The Bible is full of people being put in office by God. He will do marvelous things if we pray. God places people in power, sometimes for good and other times because we need a judgement but if enough of us pray He will listen and act accordingly. If we follow Hilarys and Trumps declarations of what they plan to do if elected that will help. The problem with that is we know Hilary lies and we don’t know exactly what Mr.Trump will do. I guess prayer is our best bet, don’t you?

 

I don’t like looking out my windows today.  The wind has been blowing all week, and I hear the wind will blow the rest of this week as well. Twigs, evergreen branches and leaves all have decided to land on my property. I look over to my neighbors lawn and it looks pretty good compared to mine!

Although my lawn looks bad right now, it will look pretty again when the flowers are in bloom, the grass is a pretty green and leaves will grow back on the trees. How can anyone believe that there is no resurrection in human beings? I know that many churches preach that there isn’t one, but somehow they believe Jesus died and rose again for us.

We too, will be resurrected after we die. Much like the flowers that comes alive after a winter. We too will also have a different body when we are resurrected. There will be no pain, sickness or other handicaps. Jesus didn’t have quite the same body. Some people didn’t recognize him until he prayed, or like Thomas who said he wouldn’t believe until he saw the thorns on his head and nails on his hands. He did believe when he saw those things. I will be glad when I don’t have knees and back hurting all the time!

So, I should enjoy the trigs, evergreen branches and leaves all lying in my ground. My yard will look pretty when spring comes. and I will have no pain when my spring arrives! You will too when you are resurrected if you believe Jesus is the Son of God who loves you if only you believe.
