SARAH

Sarah, even her name spells love. Not really, but there is a story in the Bible about Abraham and his wife Sarah. She bore a child when she was very old. His name was Isaac. But our Sarah could easily been killed, The term is abortion. Her Mother cared, even her father cared, but they were not living the way they should have, and could not care for a child. So, they cared enough to let their little girl see the dawn of her first day.

Along came a man and wife who couldn’t have children. They had hungry arms reaching desperately out for her and she filled those arms so beautifully, she still does. Sarah is now a senior at a university. She will reach out to many folks as she walks through life. That’s just the way she lives. She loves people!

How many boys and girls have been killed who would have put this crazy mixed up world together again? They say a child is killed every minute. How long can we savages do this? They say that woman must have their rights, but what about that little one, who seems to have no rights at all! The woman had plenty of rights nine months ago to decide whether she wanted to have a child or not!

Anyhow, If it were up to me, we sure would get rid of that law in a hurry. I know there plenty of men and women who feel the way I do. I believe it’s time we should make laws that are good, even for little children. How can we do that? Well, we can still vote, can’t we?
